About

An Award, Recognition and Fellowship Committee was constituted in 2018-19 under the aegis of Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science, New Panvel. The aim of the committee is to institute internal awards to motivate teaching staff and students. Further to intimate staff members about the various Awards, Recognition and Fellowship and encourage them to apply for the same.

Composition of the Committee

The Committee consists of the following members:

The committee members discussed about the institutional level awards and committee constituted four awards which were divided into two categories and framed the policies to short list the awardees as mentioned below :

Category 1: Students
A. Best Student Research Award (Theory / Practical) – Annually – No. of Awards – 01 / A.Y.
B. Maximum Attendance Record – Annually – No. of Awards – 01 / Semester

Category 2: Teaching Staff
A. No. of Reference books / Chapters / E-Books published with International / National level publisher with ISBN – Annually – No. of Awards – 01 / A.Y.
B. Maximum H-Index achiever – Annually – No. of Awards – 01 / A.Y.
