I completed my Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in Human Resources from Pillai’s College, where I built a strong foundation in HR concepts and practices. My coursework and projects helped me understand the fundamentals of talent management and organizational behavior. After graduation, I interned at Deloitte for 8 months, where I gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment coordination. This internship provided me with valuable exposure to corporate HR functions and strengthened my skills in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Currently, I am working at Capgemini as an HR Analyst. In my role, I focus on recruitment, managing tasks like sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. These experiences have allowed me to grow professionally and apply my learning effectively in the HR field.

During my time at PCACS, pursuing Bachelor’s Degree, the placement cell played a crucial role in guiding me through the job search process. Their continuous support and resources were invaluable in helping me secure my position at Edujam. Since joining Edujam, my experience has been incredibly positive, with a supportive work environment that fosters growth. I am truly grateful to PCACS for providing a strong foundation and preparing me well for this transition, making my journey into the professional world both smooth and rewarding.

During my time at PCACS, pursuing M.Sc. in Data Analytics, the placement cell provided substantial support throughout my job search process. Their guidance was instrumental in securing my position at TATA Trent. Since joining, my experience has been quite positive; I’ve found the work environment supportive.
