Tree Plantation Drive 2016

NSS Unit of Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science participated in the Mega Saplings Plantation Drive at Village Koshimbe, Bhiwandi, Thane on 1st July, 2016. This was arranged with an agreement to help the government implement the initiative to reverse the decline of green cover of the state and enhance biodiversity by planting 25 lakh saplings on a single day. The Students enthusiastically supported the cause. Taking part in this massive plantation drive highlights the Institutions commitment to the environment.
