The Economics Association held a Debate Competition on the 14th September, 2013 with the topics ‘Can we really go paperless?’, ‘Should foreign stores be allowed in India?’ and ‘Can artificial intelligence really replace mind power?’.
A News Reading Competition was organized on the 31st August, 2013.There were a total of 20 entries
Management Association conducted “BOOK REVIEW COMPETITION” on 8th August, 2013. 10 students participated in the competition. Winners were awarded with cash price and certificate.
An Essay Competition on current issues and presentations on current topics from 18th to 20th December, 2012 invigorated the minds of our budding economists.
Seven students from S.Y.B.Sc. Bio-technology had participated in the Inter-Collegiate Competition on “Women Adventure and Challenges in Changing Attitute” hosted by Women Development Cell, Sterling College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Nerul in collaboration with Women Development Cell, University of Mumbai on 10th to 12th December, 2012 and secured various accolades.
