Introduction
The Placement Cell organized a successful Seminar “Digital Marketing Evolution” on 22nd October, 2024, exclusively for the TY students of PCACS.

Attendees
The seminar was attended by the students of PCACS. It was facilitated by the Placement Cell coordinators along with key faculty members and representatives from the Placement Cell.

Arrival of the Guest
Mr. Rohit Keshari was welcomed by the students and Mr. Suhel, the TPO-PCACS. Seminar started at 11:30 AM in the auditorium.

Session
An interactive session commenced, telling about all the opportunities to students or what they can do to make a career in a particular niche under digital marketing. Students were introduced to the fundamental aspects of digital marketing, its types, concept of content, and an overview of social media platforms. The session also delved into critical concepts such as understanding your audience that includes-user intent, psychology, user interest and behavior. Mr. Rohit Keshari also highlighted the AIDA model, targeting audiences, using hooks, and designing effective calls-to-action (CTAs). This informative session equipped students with insights into the growing field of digital marketing and its applications in today’s digital-first world.

Q&A Session
In the Q&A session, Mr. Rohit Keshari advised students to make their own niche and learn their own things in which they are good at. He mentioned how to make a career into digital marketing by telling students to focus on what is currently happening, what people like, and understand human psychology. He highlighted on two important things:

  1. People are slaves of numbers, in which he said those numbers can be manipulative so understand your niche.
  2. People are lazy, in which he briefly mention about funnel writing which means getting a right qualified audience.

Feedback and Felicitated
The session effectively introduced students to the essentials of digital marketing, covering critical concepts. It provided students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights, particularly valuable for understanding how digital marketing impacts real-world businesses. The seminar was a resounding success, providing valuable insights into making digital marketing a career building.

Conclusion
The “Digital Marketing Seminar” equipped students with valuable knowledge and practical strategies in digital marketing, making them more aware of potential career paths in this dynamic field, thanks to Mr. Rohit Keshari’s impactful and interactive guidance. It was an enriching experience, preparing attendees to make informed choices and explore diverse opportunities in the growing digital economy.

Summary
Through the expertise and guidance of Mr. Rohit Keshari, students gained a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, from foundational concepts to practical career advice. The interactive session, coupled with an engaging Q&A, inspired students to consider digital marketing as a viable career path and encouraged them to explore and develop their unique skills.
