Road Safety Week is celebrated year by year in order to create awareness among the public regarding traffic rules and to reduce casualties of road accidents. This year again the N.S.S. Unit of Pillai College of Arts, Commerce & Science (Autonomous) organized Road Safety Week in association with Navi Mumbai Traffic Branch, Panvel Unit on 16th January, 2020. The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Abhijeet Mohite Senior Police Inspector Traffic Branch Panvel unit. He stated in his speech that safety is as simple as ‘ABC’- Always Be Careful and insisted each one to be a good citizen and obey traffic rules and minimize the number of accidents and save human lives.
